At Bikini Bootcamp we get inspired by mother nature to create one of a kind workouts that challenge our body and mind.

Location is everything and owner, Melissa Perlman knew what She was doing when She set up shop on one of the world’s most spectacular stretches of sand.

Tulum is a dreamy Caribbean paradise that serves as a perfect backdrop for Bikini Bootcamp fitness challenges like our Cocco Loco Body Shop.

We use the coconuts like you would a medicine ball at the gym to push, pull, stretch, and lift. When the workout is finished we cut the tops off the coconuts and enjoy the fresh coconut water over ice. It’s a healthy refreshing treat after a hot sweaty workout session, just the way nature intended.
